According to CNN, reporting on a report by the U.N. Assistance Mission for Iraq, "[m]ore than 14,000 civilians have been killed in Iraq in the first half of this year".
14,000 killed in 6 months. Civilians.

Bush was right, we are making progress. I mean, come on, those numbers far surpass the amount of civilians killed in 6 months in 2002.
