Boo-hoo. I feel far worse for the poor steer. But -- uh -- is that a Green Bay Packers helmet he's wearing?

"slips from his horse" does seem to imply incompetence on the part of the cowboy, but it's a reasonable description of the technique.
the helmet is unusual, though. nice touch.
