I didn't even pick up on the binder comment. To me it was pathetic that Romney was claiming that a political decision made up for his lack of support for pay equity.
As for "binders full of women" it was trending #1 on Yahoo this morning. It was down to #6 at noon, #9 this afternoon, and gone this evening.
